| α alpha - mobile and portable warm air heaters | | alpha is an exciting and innovative range of robust, versatile, and highly efficient indirect oil fired mobile and portable warm air heat generators with outputs from 35kW to 500kW. All units are fitted with high efficiency stainless steel combustion chambers and heat exchangers backed by a 5 year sliding scale warranty.
The alpha mobile range consists of the A30 and A56 indirect fired oil heaters with 35kW and 65kW outputs respectively, and which can be used either as free blowing units or in ducted applications. Versions are available without pneumatic tyres and handles for permanent or semi-permanent applications.
The alpha portable range consists of four models from 170kW to 500kW. The AT146 is supplied with an integral fully compliant 1000 litre fuel tank. All alpha portable models are designed to be used for either free blowing or ducted applications, and can be ducted for at least 180m. Fork lift truck pockets and lifting eyes are fitted as standard, and the models within the alpha portable are designed so they can be stacked when not in use.
Controls, outer panels, and external paint finishes can be detailed by the customer with specifications to suit customer and application requirements, so too can discharge spigot configuration.
Typical applications for the alpha range include the following: construction sites, outdoor events and marquees, temporary storage facilities, crop drying, frost protection, warehousing, plant and building refurbishment, process heating, building drying and dehumidification, ship building and refitting, garages, temporary heating within industrial and commercial units, greenhouses and agriculture, in theatre military uses, and very many more…
| | β beta - portable high efficiency boiler houses | | beta is a versatile and compact range of high efficiency oil and gas fired mobile boiler houses with outputs from 100kW to 500kW.
The range consists of three models A (100kW), A (250kW), and A (500kW). Each beta is capable of providing high flow rates of hot water via an integral and highly flexible dual flow system suitable for heating and for sanitary use.
In common with the alpha and gamma ranges the design features a fully welded rigid and immensely strong chassis with flush fitting insulated doors and removable panels to provide a very strong, robust, and extremely durable product. Again, like all our products each beta is hand built to the highest standards, and is designed to withstand rigorous and prolonged use within the hire industry. Each beta is fitted with four-way FLT pockets, lifting eyes, and is designed to be stacked when not I use.
Controls, outer panels, and external paint finishes can be detailed and specified by the customer with specifications to suit individual customer and application requirements.
Typical applications for beta boiler houses include the following: construction sites, outdoor events and marquees, temporary kitchens and field hospitals, temporary toilet and shower units, decontamination units, temporary storage facilities, temporary LPHW heating coils within Air Handling Units, frost protection, warehousing, plant and building refurbishment, process heating, pest control, deep cleaning, and sterilisation, building drying and dehumidification, ship building and refitting, temporary heating within industrial and commercial units, under floor heating, greenhouses and agriculture, high pressure jet washing and process cleaning, in theatre military uses, and very many more… | | γ gamma - mobile and portable fan coil air handling units | | The gamma range is a versatile range of air handling units with cooling or heating duties from 25kW to 200kW, and with air volumes matched specifically to the customer requirements. The gamma range was originally developed for use with the beta range of boiler houses to provide warm air heating, but they can also be used as cooling coils.
In common with the alpha and beta ranges we use a fully welded rigid and immensely strong chassis design with flush fitting insulated doors and removable panels to provide a very strong, robust, and extremely durable product. Again, like all our products each gamma unit is hand built to the highest standards, and is designed to withstand rigorous and prolonged use within the hire industry. Each gamma unit is fitted with four-way FLT pockets, lifting eyes, and is also designed to be stackable when not in use.
Controls, outer panels, and external paint finishes can also be detailed by the customer, with specifications to suit customer and application requirements.
Typical heating and cooling applications for the gamma range include the following: construction sites, outdoor events and marquees, temporary storage facilities, warehousing, plant and building refurbishment, process heating and cooling, ship building and refitting, garages, workshops, factories, temporary heating and cooling within industrial and commercial units, agriculture, in theatre military uses, and very many more… | | δ delta - heat exchange modules | | The delta range of high efficiency oil and gas fired front plate mounted heat exchange modules with heat output duties from 100kW to 1000kW have been designed specifically for use within Air Handling Units for environmental and process heating applications.
Each unit is configured to meet the specific requirements, and this flexibility allows for bespoke configurations to suit a wide range of air volumes, heating loads, as well as site conditions and Air Handling Unit design criteria.
All delta stainless steel heat exchangers are supplied with a 5 year sliding scale warranty as standard. |
